Ever since I saw this cute little daybed on design*sponge, I've been dreaming of one. I've also been trying to figure out what to do in the 'boys' bedroom (yikes! first time I've written that!).

And yesterday, I found a little Jenny Lind daybed on craigslist and I'm going to get it on Sunday with Michael. I can't wait. I think I am going to paint it black, or should I leave it natural. What do you think?

Jon, you once said you didn't like white painted furniture! You don't think that's too matchy-matchy with the crib? I was thinking a nice glossy black.

Paint it black or a chalky light grey/blue - love it btw - looks like the bed we bought at Brimfield together! Ahh memories of fun shopping in the rain!
