This weekend the Transit Museum, one of Jackson's all-time favorites, is having a "Traveling Treats" event, where kids get to make an edible train. Unfortunately, the age limit is 4 years old. But don't worry - Mimi got a GINGErBreAd train this year for us to make at her house.
Jackson had fun making a house last year - - but a train this year will blow his mind.
