Jackson decided that we should make Jon a square, blue birthday cake. I thought he was going to ruin the surprise (on Monday night Jackson handed him a wrapped birthday present and said, "Here's your remote!") but he didn't.
And I got to use my new cake-cutter from the thrift store ($2.). :)
