bumblebee cupcakes

For Jackson's Graduation party, I signed up to bring cupcakes. Since his class is Bumbleebees...well, I tried. Haha. There's so much wrong here - the stripes go the wrong way, no wings....let's just say they looked a lot cuter in my head. No matter. The kids loved them anyway.

Yesterday, Jackson's Bumblebee class at the Coop School celebrated their graduation. Each student got a certificate, and a balloon to release on the rooftop together. We had a little reception and we were so lucky that Mimi and Nonno were in town and could make it! Jon left work early and came too. Which was good because that's all Jackson cared about when I said hi to him when I first saw him. The last picture is Jackson with his three great teachers - Angie, Allison and Alistair.  

Congratulations, Jackson! Next year, KINDERGARTEN!!
