Too Dada, Good Christmas

finally....

Parents, in case you were wondering - - at ages 4 and 6, I finally feel comfortable putting up the vintage glass ornaments (up high) and this year, for the first time, both boys got 'into' decorating/helping with the tree. Jackson even got up early one morning, went downstairs and started adding more ornaments before anyone was up.

This is embarrassing, but I still haven't posted all the pictures I want to from Christmas. It's March. March.

Going through a folder I found this really sweet one of Cade and Auntie Gwyneth and had to share it.

Can you see how much fun the boys had - and Mama too, at the Mario Andretti Race Track! Not to mention the zoo, the beach, the glow-in-the-dark mini-golf, and bungee jumping in the mall!

Our Christmas card this year - the easiest one we've ever done. Thank you Jon for designing it.

Past cards: 2011,  2010, 2009 (just sent out a photo, I couldn't get my act together with a 6 mos. old and a 2 1/2 year old), 2008 (my fav), and 2007.

Christmas

Cards mailed, packages sent, etsy orders shipped, stockings hung, presents waiting to be wrapped but there's still a few days for that.....feeling in a good place for Christmas.

Trying to teach graciousness and gratitude. Can't wait to see their faces on Christmas morning.

Our village under the tree - of cereal boxes and other assorted boxes- is growing. This year has seen the addition of some castle blocks and a deer or two.
