The Stompy's
I swear to you, our upstairs neighbors never sleep. Not only that, but we can hear EVERY FOOTSTEP they ever take. 10 PM, check. 3 AM, check. 11 AM, check. Right now, check. SOMEONE IS ALWAYS UP THERE moving around. Don't even get me started on his rolly office chair located DIRECTLY above your crib.
